Although being easily able to call myself a “try and fail” leader with the fastest U-turns there are, I still think I have something to say when it comes to being an entrepreneur and CEO in small and start up companies. If anything, I have definitely seen the ups and downs and lived it full on all areas of life and business. I shouldn’t recommend it to you, but still I hope my children would do the same and notice how lovely and giving the world is when you’re willing to give it all you’ve got.
In all these years I have been honored to work with the most talented people in all areas of life. I have also tried to follow (that isn’t so hard) my Mom’s first and last business advise to me: “Always hire people more talented than you are”. I have been privileged to be able to try my ideas and still get paid doing so. With all the above mentioned I can say it from my pure heart: I have fallen in love with entrepreneurship and hope to be able to continue pursuing my dreams as long as I live.
I believe in giving and thus I have for a long time wanted to open a site where I could share my ideas (them being silly or not) and give inspiration and ideas to other entrepreneurs alike. The approach I am using I decided to call “The Groenfors Method”. People who know me might say it’s obvious, but then hey, it’s just me writing here. The process of The Groenfors Method is a mental framework, which is a mold for entrepreneurs and people who posses small resources, big dreams and a passionate approach with a will of never giving up in everything they do.
The Groenfors Method concentrates on entrepreneurship through brand building while taking “one liner ideas” from all areas of business. I dream to start and create a pandora’s box of sometimes silly but commercially fresh, simple and useful ideas for entrepreneurs who want to make their dreams true.
No, I have not made my money yet and this is not to say that by following these ideas you turn it easily into big bucks. Probably now is the best time to mention that if you are thinking of being an entrepreneur because you want to make easy money with less work, you are in a wrong place. If it were that easy, I wouldn´t be writing here. All the entrepreneurs I know that have made it big, have sacrificed a lot to gain it and they are out there pursuing their dreams 24/7. So while being honest in believing that everyone can do it, there is one thing that differentiates good entrepreneurs from bad and that is also the core of The Groenfors Method: your passion and dreams come always before money.
Hopefully this site has the ability to inspire, motivate and provide you with new ideas.

Good stuff! Maybe one aspect you could mention that money is not the only motive for entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur I worked about 20-30 hours a week for 1,5 years and now I’ve taken several months off in order to concentrate on my other passion, writing.
Youre so true. Often people imagine that money is the motivation for entrepreneurs. Quite the contrary. Its the same as with writers and artists: when you passionately love something you just want to do it. The money comes afterwards if it comes. Sure, you need money as well, but it is not the primary reason for becoming an entrepreneur. Keep us posted with your writing.
